Educational Public Programs
The League of Women Voters of Greater Tucson (LWVGT) continues the nearly 100-year tradition of educating voters from a nonpartisan perspective about the most important issues of the day.
LWVGT sponsors four to six panel-discussion programs per year to explore these issues in detail. Each event involves a panel discussion by experts in their respective fields followed by a moderator-led question and answer session with the audience.
The League's educational Public Programs are free and open to the public. They are advertised on the League's homepage and promoted through our social media channels. The programs are currently presented live, virtually on Zoom, and live-streamed on LWVGT’s Facebook page. Within a week of the live presentation, a video is available on our YouTube Channel.
